GoodLeap
GoodLeap is a finance technology company that provides consumer finance and mortgage lending to consumers. We spoke to Strategic Support Specialist, Michaela Brown, on how SalesScreen positively impacts their Mortgage Sales division.

SalesScreen is a key source of truth that our Sales team uses to monitor their productivity throughout the day, which is extremely helpful. We also use it in our company meetings that we have about twice a month. Our entire sales team will come together where we put on a PowerPoint with screenshots from the dashboards and achievements earned to showcase team accomplishments. The dashboards and reports have been able to help us with data analysis more than I thought was possible.

From Manual Reporting to Real-Time, Transparent Sales Excellence
GoodLeap, a consumer-lending platform focused heavily on solar financing, needed a cohesive way to track individual and team success, keep motivation high, and align performance with customer outcomes.
“We moved away from individual scorecards to incentivize collaboration and more meaningful metrics… We want people to know where they stack up in the context of their team and with other teams.”
Before SalesScreen, they lacked a unified platform, leaders and sales reps couldn’t see how they compared or how they were tracking against peer performance or goals. SalesScreen’s live leaderboards, validation workflow for submission, and team-focused competitions filled the gap.
Manager’s Perspective: Deep Insight & Data-Driven Coaching
SalesScreen brought essential clarity and accountability to leadership’s toolkit:
“The SalesScreen feed gives us an aggregate view of what’s happening across the organization.”
This feed eliminated disconnected, siloed tracking:
- Team-level visibility: Leaders can now instantly see who’s performing—across teams or departments.
- Submission validation workflow ensures data trustworthiness.
- Real-time coaching: A sales leader shared,
“I can look out for somebody on a team with low performance or who hasn’t submitted their paperwork, and follow-up immediately.”
That insight is leading to stronger repeatable coaching, faster issue resolution, and healthier team performance.
Catalyzing Team Culture & Peer Recognition
SalesScreen became more than a data tool; it became the heartbeat of team culture:
Recognition for meaningful actions:
“We celebrate demos, contracts submitted, contracts closed, and contracts submitted in one place… that’s really, really appealing to our team.”
Team pride and friendly friction:
“Our referral channel is always like... ‘we are the top referral channel this week!’”
These rituals of recognition—live, public, and celebrated—have seeded camaraderie and collaboration.
End-User Experience: Motivation & Transparency in Action
Individual contributors at GoodLeap responded strongly to visual cues and public validation:
“I’ve never seen a more dynamic leaderboard dashboard before… seeing your ranking in real time is motivating and fun.”
Behind the scenes, reps appreciate:
- Daily validation of their input—no more invisible effort.
- Real competition across teams: “It just encourages me to do better… I’m like, ‘Oh, I want to be above Sales Team X.’”
This visibility nurtures confidence and drive through public clarity.
Visualization That Drives Engagement & Alignment
GoodLeap uses SalesScreen’s display features to maintain organizational cohesion:
- Shared video feeds & notification alerts spotlight progress across teams.
- Leaderboard displays in both manager and team vantage points reinforce transparency.
- Live feedback loops empower immediate coaching and celebration.
Together, these visual tools turn data into collective momentum and daily reinforcement.
