When coming up with employee rewards, the biggest thing to keep in mind is your employees. Talk to them and ask them what they want! Have one-on-ones or do a poll to see what they actually want to have in the rewards shop. If the rewards are not relevant and meaningful to them, you can’t expect them to be motivated and incentivized to work for it.

We also recommend having prizes that range from low to high values, so that everyone has a chance to claim something.
