Possibly the best part is how it starts as looking like a gamification platform but actually serves multiple purposes by bringing in the competitions, dashboards, coaching & scorecards. It can work as a complete coaching platform that allows me & my managers to incent the behaviors we want, measure those behaviors, and then continue to set up the next coaching session. SalesScreen is very intuitive to use and easy to admin. This is a huge plus when working for a start-up that doesn't have a lot of bandwidth within its operations team. It also brings in multiple points of data to allow us to get a clearer view of the performance of the reps.
