Utleiemegleren is a rental real estate brokerage that facilitates letting and renting real estate properties. They have 17 offices across Norway, and SalesScreen is implemented in all of them.

Objective: After seeing SalesScreen leaderboards and competitions from a friend’s social media, Siri Anne knew that it was something she had to have for her agents.

I just saw her Snapchat all the time... I was like, ‘Oh my God, I want to work there’ …she was snapping all the time that she was on the top, and I was thinking, ‘okay, we need that for our real estate agents.’

Challenges:

Due to privacy restrictions and a system that is difficult to show agents’ goal progression in a motivating way, Utleiemegleren was looking for a tool that would make it easy to visualize data and get agents competing. Since there are multiple offices spread out across Norway, they wanted a platform that would get all their agents engaged and competing while giving them visibility into individual, team, and company goal progression. Since Utleiemegleren not only rents out properties but also handles the management of the properties, their sales process is ongoing, which makes reporting complicated.

Outcomes:

Since implementing SalesScreen, the Utleiemegleren teams are excited to compete. Having TVs in all of the offices keeps the motivation high for agents across all of the offices. Dashboards, leaderboards, and competition details allow for total transparency into Utleiemegleren’s data across their offices, giving agents and managers insight into goal progression like never before. Utleiemegleren also uses SalesScreen’s coaching tool, which has helped sales leaders see how managers in other offices are coaching their teams. All of this has culminated in better visibility into goal progression, increased productivity, and cross-team competitions that keep engagement and morale high across all offices.
