Oslo, Norway — Caroline has a track-record of success as a Partner Manager and Key Account Manager at Nets, a Nordic-based provider of payments, cards and information services. She loves traveling, films, hockey, adventures, and challenging herself. Her friendly, bubbly personality combined with her commitment to project excellence will make her the perfect addition to our rapidly growing team.

Dave: What is your background?

Caroline: My work background/experience is primarily with sales and communications. I have always liked to work with people and learn about how to communicate in different situations. I studied at BI Norwegian Business School with a specialization in marketing communications. My previous position was Partner Manager at Nets Branch Norway where my main responsibilities were to serve as Key Account Manager for Nets’ partner sales.

Dave: What are some of your hobbies?

Caroline: I have a passion for drawing and painting. I’m an avid film enthusiast, and I know my fair share of movie trivia. To stay active I play squash on a weekly basis. In the hockey season I follow my team Frisk Asker at every home game. I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling to new destinations. I like to combine travelling with another passion, which is food. I also enjoy cooking and baking.

Dave: Why did you choose to work for Dogu?

Caroline: Dogu stood out as an innovative and exciting business with a great product who dares to think outside the box. Dogu caught my attention with a young and fresh approach. I find it impressive to see what Dogu has achieved so far, I am very happy to be given the opportunity to join in the journey onward. Dave: What are your expectations of working here?

Caroline: I expect to be a part of a team with talented and passionate people. I look forward to the opportunity to learn, as well as share my own knowledge with my colleagues and with the customers. I expect a challenging environment, fast paced days and an engaged team. My first impression is that the Dogu-family is a friendly and outgoing group of people. I am looking forward to being a part of it.

Dave: What unique qualities or skills do you bring to the table?

Caroline: I am a hardworking and accountable person with an eye for details. My work is characterized by structure and efficiency. For me every, challenge is an opportunity to learn and evolve. I put my pride in my work and always do anything that I can to make sure goals are accomplished. For me every, challenge is an opportunity to learn and evolve.

Dave: Have you ever worked for a startup? Are you excited about it?

Caroline: I have never worked for a startup. My working background is from big established companies with a large number of employees. To be a part of a startup like Dogu was one of the things that appealed to me from the start. I am excited!

Dave: Describe your personality?

Caroline: I am happy and positive! I tend to laugh a lot and try to have a positive outlook on things. I am a generally curious person who asks a lot of questions. I would also say that I am kind and attentive to the people around me.

Dave: What’s your favorite quote?

Bio: Caroline Ingrud is 29 years old and lives in Asker, Norway. Caroline graduated from BI Norwegian School of Management with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications. Prior to Dogu, Caroline worked as Partner Manager for Nets Branch Norway where main responsibilities included sales, training, negotiations and partner satisfaction. Caroline has several years’ experience within solution sales and as a youth coach and judge in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Caroline is inspired by being around people and she is always happy to make new connections.

Hockey is fun and the #1 team is Frisk Asker.
Unfortunately, this is not my dog, but a nice companion on a hike in Tromsø.
