Company culture is an important aspect of any organization’s success–it has been shown to many benefits including increasing employee engagement, retention and productivity. Here at SalesScreen, we certainly notice the difference. Everyone looks forward to making a sale or getting a 5-star customer review not only for obvious reasons, but also to see what video will pop-up on screen. Some of our reps love to change up their videos, so it’s always a fun surprise to see what’s in store for that day.

And since we are spread out amongst several different locations, it really helps us all to stay connected with each other. Even on the days that I don’t speak with some of my colleagues in a different location, I see what they’re up to via screen updates and video celebrations.
