Oslo, Norway — Bjørn brings his can-do attitude, customer service experience and spontaneity to the SalesScreen team.
Dave: What is your work education/work background?
Bjørn: For the past 5 years I’ve been working at LeadDesk, both in sales and as a customer success manager. Before this, I got a Bachelor degree in Marketing.
Dave: What are some of your hobbies?
Bjørn: Football, XC skiing and I also love to travel.
Dave: Why did you choose to work for SalesScreen?
Bjørn: I’ve seen SalesScreen many places from my previous job, and the product is really cool.
Dave: What are your expectations of working here?
Bjørn: My target is to keep the customer satisfaction on a high level. I also think that I can learn quite a lot. Really looking forward to the times ahead.
Dave: What unique qualities or skills do you bring to the table?
Bjørn: I’m a solution oriented person who likes to think outside the box to solve problems. I also have quite a lot of experience working with companies doing sales over telemarketing, so I think I have a lot to bring to the table in that industry.
Dave: Have you ever worked for a startup? Are you excited about it?
Bjørn: Yes, when I worked in LeadDesk they grew from start-up to being a listed company–really cool to see a company grow that quickly.
Dave: Describe your personality.
Bjørn: I would describe myself as a positive person with a can-do attitude. I’m also quite spontaneous–when I have decided to do something, I usually just do it right away.

Bio: Bjørn Molvig is 27-years-old and comes from Åsgårdstrand, Norway. He graduated from Oslo School of Management with a Bachelor degree in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys football, skiing and travelling.
