G2 unveiled its Winter 2024 report, where SalesScreen shined bright across numerous categories, highlighting our industry-leading tool. We are especially thrilled to announce that SalesScreen has been ranked #1 in the Sales Gamification category, which is an exciting testament to the customer-centric goal that we set at the beginning of 2023. Ranked #1 Sales Gamification Software
Our customers ranked us extremely highly across the board, giving us a 97% in quality of support, a 97% in ease of doing business with, a 92% in ease of use, a 93% in performance and reliability, and the list of achievements goes on! This is a testament to our continued focus on putting our customers’ needs first and focusing on improving and developing features that help our customers’ entire sales teams surpass their revenue goals each quarter. We’re excited to keep our top ranking as we move into 2024!
Topping the Relationship Index
At SalesScreen, we are incredibly devoted to the relationships that we nurture with our clients, which is why we take the best relationship award from the G2 report this winter with great enthusiasm. Transitioning to using a new piece of software internally is not for the faint-hearted and can turn overwhelming quickly if you don’t have the right support. That’s why our world-class customer support team is committed to getting new clients set up within a few short weeks and giving them the confidence to eagerly set up their sales competitions soon after onboarding. In addition to ranking highest in customer support, another two badges that we are especially proud of are being named most implementable, as well as the highest user adoption in the enterprise category for sales gamification. Our 90% ease of setup, coupled with our 82% average user adoption, ensures that all of your sales team will be motivated, with middle and bottom performers showing the most growth and top performers pushed even further.
Following our sweep of badges in G2’s Fall report, we are proud to have kept our sales gamification leader status in the Americas and both Europe and wider EMEA for the second time in a row since these categories were introduced. These distinctions highlight SalesScreen’s impact across companies of varying sizes and across different continents. In addition to these exciting wins, we’ve also been named #1 in the momentum grid index. In the winter 2024 report, SalesScreen led the momentum grid report with a 93% review growth, while the average in the sales gamification industry average is at 41% growth.
